Vacant lot BPO

By
Real Estate Agent with Transaction Realty 500 Reno, Nv.

I recently was assigned a BPO where the company thought there has a home, but it was really a vacant lot, dirt only.  I put in the BPO that it was a vacant lot in every comments section.  I attached a copy of the listing saying it was a vacant lot. QC rejected the BPO, because there was no picture of the home.  I emailed, called and explained that it was a vacant lot.  The BPO was then approved.  The next day, I get an email saying that QC had again reject the BPO because my address verification picture (the street sign) was incorrect.

Hi Matt,

Funny story for sure, I've had one of those types of situations happen too! It feels good being the real 'eyes and ears' for these companies huh! Someone got to look out for them and in turn hope that they look out out for those doing a good job for them.

Warmly,

Nicole Ocean

What can we do for you today?

I would pull the tax records and show there was not a home on it send it to them and take pictures showing this.
