The third annual Honobia BigFoot Festival is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 5th and Saturday, October 6th, 2007 at The Kiamichi Mountain Mission Camp Grounds located at the intersection of the Inidan Trail Highway and State Highway 144, near Honobia, Oklahoma.  This area is near the Pushmataha County and Leflore County boundary line.

When you start seeing the BigFoot footprints on the road, you know that you are headed in the right direction.  

Several 4-Wheeler rides will be available. One is the 2 hour, 4-Wheeler Bigfoot Hunt in the Kiamichi Mountains.   For more information about the event or to inquire about vendors, call Katie Cogburn at 580-244-3292

The two previous events have included picture taking with bigfoot or as bigfoot, bigfoot story telling, bigfoot 4-wheeler hunts, covered wagon rides, pony rides, an art show, and a bigfoot contest.  

If you decide that you'd like to own a piece of Bigfoot country, we have just the listing for you, 217 acres where Indian Trail Highway and the road to Clayton forks.  It's great hunting land, you might even decide to go Bigfoot hunting on it. The parcel is priced at $795 an acre.
