There's a new nerd in town! Thanks HaMedia!

Active Rain is about relationships, building our business and learning.   The idea is to give and get back.  I find myself getting much more than I give here.  There are SO many talented and knowledgeable members.  Knowledge is power and Active Rain IS the place to empower ourselves with a deeper understanding of what is going on in our industry.

I want to thank Lisa Heindel for "introducing" me to Inna and Jon Hardison, of HaMedia.  She sang their praises here in the rain months ago. 

Fast forward to Raincamp Orlando.  If you've not attended a Raincamp, you are missing out.

While friendships were deepened, business relationships were formed as well.  I'm all about tooting the horn of someone that gives good service.  My sis, Debe from Charlotte, had the most amazing business cards.  Ha Media was the genius behind them.  After hearing two respected sources rave about Jon and Inna, I knew I had to give them a shot as well.  I met Jon and Inna at Raincamp Orlando.  What a talented couple.

Jon and I had a great conversation about my vision for a "fun" site for my business.   My market is predominately made of Engineers.... about 80%!  As you can imagine, my company web site MUST be full of Huntsville Real Estate statistics. 

This year, Huntsville was named one of the top "Geekiest" cities in the US.  I'm all over that one.  FINALLY, a chance to have some fun here in Nerd-ville, lol.   Thus, the birth of Where Nerds Rule!  I will be rolling out a new blog, where I can load the latest "nerd" info for my client base.   My husband is a Nerd, so I can get away with this.  I heart Nerds.  

I contacted Jon and Inna when I got home.  I had no idea where I was heading with this, I only had the URL I was using, wherenerdsrule.com (it's not live yet).  I trusted them completely to get me started.  I was initially just wanting a new blog header for my AR Blog.  Thankfully, they have talent AND brains oozing from them and the project evolved from there.

I had a good laugh when I first saw the logo...that told me all I needed to know!   Jon has lovingly named him Beauford.  Beauford will take on many personalities along the way.  They are creating a happy Beauford for the great market reports and the "bummed out" Beauford for the harsh reality posts.  Won't he look great on a Pocket Protector?  Yeah...I'm going to hand them out!  If you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

Be sure to look at my header.  It's a flash header!  Beaufords eyes blink :)  I'm thinking I'm the first with a flash header!  Alan May, eat your heart out, lol.

Thanks to HaMedia for going above and beyond for me.  Thank you for taking this to the next level which allows me so many great opportunities to have fun with my Nerds here in Huntsville.  I know they will all love it!

HaMedia not only created a great logo and header for me, but they also had so many wonderful ideas for future business use that I would never have thought of.  If you are needing any branding at all, give HaMedia a call.  This was the most enjoyable, stress free project I"ve ever had.  Jon and Inna Hardison did it all and I thank them from the bottom of my nerd lovin' heart!
