I saw that you posted this ad 5 times in a row, changing the floor plan and/or the cost of the home depending upon the options. Impressive. Just wondered it you get more blog points for listing viturally the same blog 5 times in a row? Just curious; I know we max out at 10 posts in a week of earning points. Just trying to figure out how all this blogging works and how it affecs my points. I wish you every success in selling these homes in Rose Haven. Wow. I see the buiders ad says "Custom Homes on the Bay" are these not being constructed on Mrytle or is there a model on Mrytle? And, will there be homes constructed on the bay side? Hi Gail, there are 22 lots available. The builder and developer chose 5 lots and house plans, so we could target different price points. There is no a model home yet, hopefully in the future there will be. None of the homes are bayfront, but all have access to the bay. I would love to get together with you this week and show you what the builder has to offer! ~jen
