RealtyTrac reports that Saint Lucie County had 565 properties with foreclosure filings in July. This is down 9% from June and down a whopping 62% from July 2009! One in every 234 housing units received a foreclosure notice in July which meant that Saint Lucie County ranked 27th among county foreclosure rates in the state of Florida.
Not great, but better...
