At least the rate of increasing foreclosures is declining.  Could that suggest a bottom in the real estate market in general?

Dawn, I agree it is encouraging the foreclosure growth rate is moderating. Even when foreclosures start a clear downward trend, I do believe there will still be downward pressure on prices. It will take some time for all of the excess inventory to be absorbed back down to more balanced levels.

Is there a way us stagers can help that issue?  I keep thinking there is more I can do to help people in these situations.  More I can do to help the banks properties not loose value.  Do you have any ideas?  Clearly I have to charge for my services, but I have the expertise to help properties move quicker and I hate that houses are just sitting there depreciating!
