Looks good, Pardner ~ I'm figuring it out, Bill. I got real bird today to help display my listings and capture buyer info. I personally emailed and asked several kind ambassadors to weigh in on my blog: "Help: I'm Outdated...How To Handle An Influx of Buyers" post because I have about 3 months before I really need a great lead capture plan in place. I took comments on their notes, and drew up a plan today, but I'd like to know what you're doing with handling buyer traffic - is it mostly handled thru your website, AR, a showing hotline?
Keith, I've seen RealBird on some of the posts, not overly familiar with it yet. At this point, our buyer leads come primarily from sign calls or direct to our own website, or via RE/MAX's Leadstreet program (most are iffy at best, but occasionally one turns into something). From there, we have a drip campaign in our database management system (Top Producer), which probably needs updated! We're far better at managing the seller side than grooming buyer prospects for way down the road. Since Carla Muss-Jacobs is an EBA, she might be a good one to talk to on the subject? She's been EBA for 8 years, so would assume quite a level of expertise on the topic.

Nice listing & good photos -- wish we had those prices in that condition in a great location! Hope it sells tomorrow!
Tish, You've got this beach thing going on... I think that adds a few hundred thousand onto everything... :)
Sounds like a wonderful home! Best wishes selling it!
Ellen, It's a nice home, either as a starter or for someone downsizing. Great area too!
Liz & Bill - Great home for sale in Springboro OH at an unbelievable price. Happy Selling!
Michelle, It's a great price, especially considering the new roof is about two days old! Finished the day after it went on the market!
