8 Comments on Loon Mountain area seasonal rental, white mountains New Hampshire
Steve, what a beautiful area you live and work in - looks like a good rental for someone thinking about buying in your area and wanting to see what life is like there before making a purchase!
Steve great looking property, I love the clubhouse in winter, winter is on it's way, so we segway from golf to skiiing. BTW that coverd bridge is a relica of the famous Sachs Mill Bridge in Gettysburg. It is the bridge that the confederates used to retreat from the battle. it is the same color as well, I will send a pic
Sharon, this is a nice property to live in full time or a great rental...the golf season pays good money to rent and yet we are close enough to 3 major ski resorts that the winter offer nice recreation as well.
Gerry, that would be very cool...we are seeing much of our winter seasonal inventory get grabbed up, time is running short for those seeking shelter for the winter.
Steve, Than does look like a clean nice place and a great price..$1,000. a month near resort...Wow!
Debbie...this is a great opportunity for a winter family...since golf is over, rental expectations are lower, but that doesn't diminish the floor plan and amenities for the money!
GORGEOUS!!! And what a good price, too! Would love to go back and forth half the year!
Kathleen, the general idea of the winter seasonal is to leave your equipment near the mountain and have a place anytime you want to come for the ski year, kids in racing programs etc...Move your stuff up and take it all back home at the end of the rental.
