Great presentation. I could live in this one since they have in-unit laundries. Not a fan of common laundry rooms since I had clothes stolen from one while in college.

Those condos have a great swimming pool area, which is where the barbecue grills and spa are. It's a great party pool if you know someone who lives there, which I do!

Bryan — I worried about stolen clothes when I was in college so I never lived in an apartment that did not have its own laundry facilities. You’re the first one I’ve ever heard that actually had clothes stolen from a community laundry room. I have heard about thefts at the street laundry rooms, just not apartments or condos.

Gerald – Shortly after they were built, I went to a New Year’s Eve part there. The friend having the party had a unit right next to the pool, so we were in her condo and at the pool with a line of people going back and forth between the two. Although I had a great time, I think that might actually be the last New Year’s Eve party I’ve ever been to. I’m just really not the partying type.
