RECYCLING PROGRAM - Where to get rid of your stuff?


Bloomingdale Township Highway Dept. is now sponsoring arecycling,roselle IL, recycling program on the 1st Saturday of every month.

What will they take for recycling?

Computers and Peripherals:
CPU's, laptops, monitors, flat panels, keyboards, mice, cable, printers, plotters, external hard drives, tape drives, network hardware (servers, routers, hubs), communication hardware (modems), and subassemblies of any of the above.

Data Center Equipment:
Power Distribution Units (PDU's), uninterrupted power supplies (UPS Systems).

Office and Telecommunication Equipment:
Copiers, fax machines, phone systems, cell phones, hand held devices, projection equipment, audio equipment, video equipment, TV's, calculators, security equipment, and typewriters.


On the first Saturday of every month from 8:00am to 12:00pm (Except Holiday weekends) 
dropped off at 123 N. Rosedale, (the annex Bldg) Bloomindale, IL 60108

For further information or questions please call, Bloomingdale Township Highway Department at 630-529-5221.  This program is no cost to the tax payers.

Lyn, its always a challenge, I have a big Mac computer that still works but is old and not the favorite in the house. I wonder to ditch it or find another home.

Ellen:  I know what you mean, it's too good to throw out or give away but no one in the house will use it anymore.  I just like to be sure that some of it is recycled & doesn't end up in the landfill.
