Thanks, everyone! It's true what they say, real estate is local! In this area (right outside of Princeton, NJ), $400K is a steal for this size home. I would guess that it would be an even bigger steal in La Jolla! We'lre hoping this price will wake the sleeping buyers!

Thanks, Sharon! Many years ago I received an offer on a listing and the number was so ridiculously low that I asked the buyer's agent if they were wearing a mask when they made the offer. Not sure that he got it!
