Get Your Finger Off That Panic Button!
I think it's funny that the average Joe believes all is going to hell in a hand basket. It seems the media is creating more of an issue than is necessary when it comes to the mortgage and subsequently the real estate industry. Time and time again I am asked how I am holding up. WHAT? I exclaim! I'm holding up just fine. The DFW real estate market is hot. Are there hiccups? Sure. That's life. There is a cycle to everything. It will come back around. Isn't the fact that real estate is so "chaotic" what makes it so fun? Hang in there folks. If you decide to throw in the towel throw that business my way. Who cares if it's a buyers market or a sellers market. It's market that is red hot! Let's help out the average Joe and his family and let them know it will all be fine. Take a deep breath and get that finger off the panic button!
