Oh the things you will find in San Antonio, Texas....

It hadn't happened yet......I was shocked to hear about it (& grossed out!) BUT, I finally had -

My first encounter with a critter in one of my listings:

San Antonio, Texas ~ Kristin Moran

That my friends is a ring-tailed CAT!  He really wasn't more than two pounds but he looked scary, barked like a dog & left a lot of "presents" in the attic of the home.  Surprisingly enough, the buyers wanted him extracted from their new home, so we obliged.

He is now roaming around in the wild.  Hopefully he found his friends & a new place to take up residency.

Cool!  Liz would have loved to have seen it!  We don't have those in Ohio, instead lots of other ring-tailed bandits with masks!

I've lived in TEXAS all my life and I have never seen one of those.  Are they indigenous to San Antonio?  Curious Texans want to know??

Awww Kristin, he's kind of cute :).  I mean, I wouldn't want him in the house either, but he doesn't look gross.  I am sure what he left was kind of gross though :).

I have never seen one of these and I'm a native Texan.  I see plenty of raccoons, though... and other critters.  He doesn't look so scary...

I guess we could call this another service provided by a full service Realtor. Do you suppose your clients knew the ringtailed cat was in the attic?
