First off... I am not from San Diego, however I have a friend there that is a seasoned real estate investor. Darren has anything from single family flips & apartment buildings to developing fantastic loft and condo projects from run down industrial buildings on his resume.
I was having a conversation with him last week and he was telling me that I should leave the Texas market and hit the San Diego real estate market. According to Darrin the lower end real estate (up to $400,000) is starting to move hot and heavy in his area. Multiple offers coming in over asking price within just days of listing. Seems to me like that the boom happening all over.
Any Southern California brokers/ agents/ investors seeing this going on right now?
Being that our market is what it is and the fact that out top producing agent cant break the 20MM mark ever it is always been an appealing thought to leave this market and head for the type of market that top producers are breaking 100MM marks each year. It would not take much for me to get licensed in California just wanted to see what everyone's take on the market is down there?
Thanks
