I shared this tidbit with a couple lenders and they seemed to like it, so I decided to share it on active rain...  I have no personal interest in the site myself.

There is a website called "ratemailer" ( http://Ratemailer.com ) that some of my mortgage business friends are using. It makes keeping in contact with your clients while giving the latest news and rates very easy. Check it out, if it works for you, great.
