Many investors are now considering, once again, apartments as a good part in their investment portfolio. Timing is good, for we have financing available for qualified buyers and qualifying properties. Financing is available at a high loan to value percent, which was not the case a year ago....and these loans are at very affordable rates. Where we were not able to make a cash flow a few years ago, some of the properties are now producing a positive cash flow, largely due to the fact that the rents have held, and in some instances have actually gone up, and to the lower debt service payments. And, this applies to both the larger and smaller units, from duplexes up.
