Condominium prices in Mission Valley have been steadily increasing since February 2009, so if you enjoy the hassle-free condominium lifestyle, it's time to get into a Mission Valley condo. You can enjoy everything that beautiful San Diego has to offer right from the central location of your condominium in The Lido!

The Lido, built in 2005, is a gated condominium community of 220 units. Bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 1/1, 1/2, 2/2, and 3/2, and range in size from 930 to 1,798 square feet. Amenities include swimming pool, spa, picnic areas, water fountains, a fitness center, a recreation room, and an exterior dog wash. All units have in-unit laundries.

HOA fees are $380 to $390 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, and limited insurance.

The Lido, located in the central section of Mission Valley between Highway 163 and Interstate 805, is just a short drive or bicycle ride from the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, Fashion Valley Mall, the Fashion Valley Transit Station to catch the San Diego Trolley, Qualcomm Stadium, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles.

As of September 13, 2010, there were seven units for sale in The Lido, and three units with sales pending:

Twelve units in The Lido have sold so far in 2010, and as you can see from the table below, if the unit has been maintained, sale prices are regularly above the listing price due to multiple offers.
