Hypothecation Basic Money 301b. Over and over again the TV commercials ask: "Do you have a structured settlement? Do you have a an annuity? Do you have a land contract? Do you have a contract for deed? Do you have an incoming private note?"  We'll give you the cash you need!

Ya, right! Hypothecation Basic Money 301b

Hypothecation Basic Money 301b.   No one will give you anything! You have a valuable asset, they will pay you a small fraction of it's value if you'll simply assign the full value to them. There are now at least five companies on TV benevolently willing to give you a pittance for your assets. Including the one committing blaspheme using a Lassie look a like! Who's advice do you trust? Our cat, Kat shown here with his computer ora dog imitating a dead bitch?

Hypothecation Basic Money 301b.Do you know you can normally do far better Hypothecating the note, annuity, structured settlement, et. al. yourself!

To hypothecate is to pledge an asset as security.  It's the same as mortgaging real property.

Have you ever wondered where these companies get the money to keep buying these contracts? They get it by hypothecating the valuable asset you sold them! They get it by taking your cash flow to the bank!

Not only will they get an imitate profit from the loan proceeds, but they'll get huge profits when the notes are paid and the monthly cash flow is returned to them! Profit that was yours!

You could do this your self, NO CREDIT NEEDED!  That's right your credit isn't relevant. You do have to have the right to pledge the asset, but you had to have for the TV companies, too. The value of the asset is based on the credit of people/company paying the note or annuity, not your's.

Hypothecation Basic Money 301b, at a bank, S & L or credit union near you.

Bill - cats or dogs, I don't trust them for financial advice. Cats are self serving, dogs are too dependant. And then there are TV hucksters.....

Bill if there is a way to cheat someone out of their money, there is con artist out there more than willing to do it.  If your looking for something for nothing, then nothing is usually what you get.
