Cameron Wood Neighborhood in Charlotte NC - Real Estate Sales History January to August

There were 20 successfully SOLD real estate listings in Charlotte NC's Cameron Wood neighborhood from January through August 2010.  That's just slightly more than the same time last year but still less than half of the activity pace from 2007.

Over the past few years, the dominant trend has been declining sold activity, and 2010 really hasn't broken that trend.

The average real estate sales price for Cameron Wood homes sold January-August 2010 was $282,542.  That's up just slightly from a year ago but still about 9% lower than 2007's average home sales price in the neighborhood.

As for what's going on in the Cameron Wood neighborhood right now, the real estate inventory is actually at a balanced level (no excessive supply) but there are certainly still available Cameron Wood neighborhood homes for sale, currently priced from just under $200k to the low $400's.

Cameron Wood is a South Charlotte neighborhood of single family homes, located between Park Rd and Carmel Rd.  Homes were built from the 1980's to early 2000's and include Ranch, 1.5 story as well as 2 story homes.  Cameron Wood also has a swim and racquet club membership option (membership fees apply) with pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.
