This week’s vFlyer of Week comes from vFlyer power user Bob Taylor of Bob Taylor Properties (who has over 25 properties listed with vFlyer) and is a very unique property at 5024 Lincoln Avenue, Highland Park (See Zillow)! Bob has covered all his bases – in addition to this great vFlyer, he has all of his info and the property info in Zillow as well! It reminded me a bit of a gingerbread house – in any case, a great looking property and a great price!Gingerbread

Hi Oliver - Thanks for featuring us!  I'm CJ (broker and co-owner of Bob Taylor Properties).    Cindy, that is not the actual coloring of the home.  The property owner hired a pro photographer, and to my eye, he overdid it with his post processing color adjustments.  :-)  In fact, we had a bit of discussion about it here on Active Rain (See Photography: Interesting Comparison).  However, the property owner says he likes the photos, so we used them.
