EMBRACE each moment God has given you and make more moments to EMBRACE.
EMPATHY =understanding and entering into another’s feelings.
EMOTIONAL-Remember that on occasion your clients may become EMOTIONAL. When this happens, open your ears, close your mouth, and show them empathy. If it’s pertaining to the transaction, take your notes and follow-up. Your value will increase greatly.
ENTERTAINMENT is needed desperately in our hardworking lives. We all need to reward ourselves with some ENTERTAINMENT. Here are some suggestions:
~A Movie
~A Concert
~A Play
~Your Favorite Sports Team
~A Comedy Club

EXCELLENCE, no less. Strive for EXCELLENCE in all that you do. For example: Don’t just give a little to your clients, give them the whole package, the custom wheels, leather seats, the navigation system. You're getting it, I know you are. Because you don't want anybody to go half way with their service to you either. Give them the frilly bow on the outside of the box. Don’t cut yourself short in your service to them, because they’ll feel it and their referral is important to you.

ENJOY your day. What makes you laugh? What is important to you? What gives you peace in your life? If you have forgotten some of the things that you enjoy, pull out your old photos and remember. Then write them down and start to ENJOY your life again.

EVENTS. Plan EVENTS for your SOI (your family, friends, past clients, everybody you know). Plan EVENTS around a charity, such as a diabetes walk, Habitat for Humanity, etc. Attend EVENTS held by your affiliates, boards, community. Be there!
EAT 3 meals and 2 snacks daily. Yeah right I say. But we have to do it to keep our bodies healthy.

EDUCATION. Take all the classes you can to better yourself. It’s not about the designations, it’s about being of more value to your clients. Check your local board for classes available.

EXCITEMENT: Be emotionally aroused about what you do! Think of the excitement in your client's face when you present that contract; Think of the excitement in your Buyer's face when they see the house they have been looking for and YOU helped them find it. Be excited about LIFE! If you haven't had a closing in a day, a week or more, you STILL woke up this morning. You were healthy and alive. Be EXCITED!!! Added by Thom Abbott
