Just curious...
How many of you "seasoned professionals" out there have considered the possibility of a Licensed Real Estate Assistant? Those of you who have used one before, do you feel it was worthwhile to your bottom line?
Thanks for your input!

Hi Faith:
I have an entire old post on this subject. Some say it's great, and I thought I wasted a year teaching someone, but it could have been the wrong person. I think if you find the right person, someone who is good at the things you aren't good at...you can make more money with an assistant. Right now, I just use a coordinator and ask some of my agents to help me show or sort of work as a pinch hitting assistant...
We always advise our clients to automate and create systems as best they can to take their hands out of the process. Many use Virtual Assistants effectively. This allows Realtors to focus on what they do best - serve their clients. Their VA's manage their listings, leads, closings and administrative duties as well. That might well be an option for many if you can't automate.
