I just had to give props to my broker Frank De Luca. This past week I had a few showings in my area and I had to call around of course to get appointments. sometimes I would just get so upset because agents will not call me back until about a week later, but I KNOW that I can never get a showing that same day.
When I called these other agents and brokers to set up showings I was sitting there expecting to leave messages, but to my surprise they answered the phone! I then started my usual spiel telling them who I was and where I was from they stopped me mid-sentence and said, "Oh, you're with Frank De Luca, can we meet in about 15 minutes?" My mouth must have dropped open because this never has happened to me!
When I showed up to the properties and asked them how they knew Frank, they told me that they had done business with him before and he was really good with communication and has just an overall good personality and they like working with him.
I really think that if we are consistent and honest as well as communicate with our peers we can develop a really good rapport and get some real results. I must say that I am really blessed to work with the team that I work with because they readily accept eachother as a part of the family and we help one another like family by teaching and supporting eachother.
By the way, Frank De Luca was nominated Realtor of the year in the year 1990 and still lives up to the title and is empolying a whole office of agents the same way.
What a nice tribute to you broker! I'm sure he deserves the praise but also deserves a nice agent like you who appreciates him!
