Manhattan, Kansas - ACT composite scores on the rise

Manhattan High School ACT composite scores continue to rise. The MHS composite score for the class of 2007 was 23.1 compared to the state composite score of 21.9. The 23.1 MHS composite score was the highest composite score in the past decade.

The ACT consists of curiculum-based tests of educational development in English, mathematics, reading, and science designed to measure the skills needed for success in the first year college coursework.
