Did you ever have the' hungry horrors'?

Did you ever have the ‘hungry horrors'? IF you did, then you can relate to my experience.

This past Saturday, we were driving back from Palmdale, CA. As you might know there is a number of animal safe havens, hence the visit to Palmdale, CA) at the same time I was checking out the number of for sale signs. It seemed there was less for sale signs, than a few months ago. Sadly there were more for sale signs than Joshua Trees.

Anyway, I was starving so on the way back to Marina Del Rey, CA.  I saw this really great Water Tower with a McDonald's Logo. Had to pull off the 14 highway and satisfy my hunger as well as my curiosity of this place.

After my large fries and chicken sandwich and the viewing of this Western Style McDonalds, we were back on the road towards Los Angeles.

So if you are near this area, please check it out.

Endre - Either you are torn from here to there as I am sure you visited the memorial on Sat in SM and then you head to the desert oh my....no business on the weekend? No that is your next blog. On the way back home you stopped at one of your listings and wrote up an offer. All in a weekend.

You must have a huge array of camera equipment you leave in the car. Your pics are beaches, wineries, guitar centers. Great job. Keep em coming.

P.S. been here many times at the Acton McDonalds.

Boy is that a step back in time.  I didn't think that McDonald's allowed that kind of decor - even my "little" black cat staring at that picture.  I love how you have chosen pictures as your medium....is there still a big cat sanctuary in that area?

You surely have a knack of taking pictures wherever you are... always carry your camera? That McDonald's seems queer!

I started taking the camera everywhere I go now, thanks to Russel R &  Jeff D.... I never used to have the camera, then I saw their blogs and they shamed  me into taking more pictures:)) BTW  funy you should say,the Guitar Center Photos were taken on the way to a listing appointment in the Hollywood Hills, will keep you posted in the future:)

Kate, they do have some interesting McDonald's, this one reminded me of an old Wild West movie set:) Lange Foundation has an animal sanctuary near there in Sand Canyon and Lange also has an animal behavior modification person in Palmdale and that is where Diane and I were headed. Pictures were taken on the way back:))
