I'm planning on hosting a Nia PLAYshop
on Sunday, October 3, 2010 from 2:15 pm to 3:30 pm


In a Nia class, as in all group exercise classes, there are specific moves that we do.  Well, Nia does not require you do them in an exact manner--you do them in YOUR BODY'S WAY. The Nia PLAYshop will be all of us playing with some of the Nia 52 Moves and learning our bodies way. 

After we play, learn, review, explore, and just have fun, we will put all of that to use in a Nia Class.

This event will be held at 1062 Lincoln Ave., in Willow Glen (San Jose is about an hour south of San Francisco)
