Simple, you the looker has "your type" in mind and you are not going to settle.
Let's compare. Have you ever joined one of the Online dating sites? You know, Yahoo Singles, Match, The Washington Post Personals,PlentyofFishes etc. They all allow you the LOOKER to search for your perfect Match. Right? 
Let's compare:
You are searching Online and say you are looking for one that peaks your interest. So you scroll threw the list and you look at each profile photo and say Cute, No, Maybe, No, No, Maybe, No, No, No, No and so on.
You pick out several whom you know you want to learn more about.
You set up an appointment and you go check them out. It is going to be a quick look, you're not ready to commit to a long visit. In the dating word that is code for a "quick cup of coffee!"
After go to see your top three choices you realize none will do, they do not have what you are looking for.
You ask yourself " How can this be, they all LOOKED so promising Online??!!!!"
So you go back Online and search again.The same thing happens. You search quietly late at night on the computer or even at your job in the middle of the day. You are addicted."No, No, Saw That One, No, No, Saw That One, No, No,No, Oh this one is new, oh this one is new.And you begin the process all over again.
Now my question is " How many online adds did you pass up that had exactly what you need and want?" My second question is are you a "Are you a Shallow Home Buyer?"

Now look at the photo strip that you can find while searching Online. As you know so many homes For Sale these days only have one photo Online. If you just search Online and decide not to explore the possibilities you may be missing the home of your dreams.
My point is when searching Online, don't be so quick to judge. You might be missing exactly what what you have been dreaming of for years!
