John-Most of the numbers didnt look too awfully bad until I looked a bit closer at the number of sales in Hemet between 2005 to 2007.  To see that number drop from 1,711 to 402 is amazing.  So then.....how what does the future hold?  I mean, you do have one of those crystal balls like the one in the picture right?

Every deal counts.  We have to help eachother through this by making every deal count.  I'm not sure how many agents are starving in Hemet and San Jacinto but I'm sure we will see cardboard signs on the side of the road.  Will sell your house for food.
