Hi Mirella! This post, and watching the video made me hungry! And while I know that many say to eat more, but smaller meals during the day, when i do that, once i start eating, I just keep going! Guess I'll go boil water for some green tea!
Carol: That's probably because you've been starving yourself. As long as the food is healthy, just keep eating! Add the exercise to the equation and all should be well. That green tea - my favorite is Kombucha and Green tea. Soooo good! The body has an amazing ability to regulate itself if you give it what it needs!

I use to be on a thermogenics program. I need to go back to it I guess. I have never really thrown in the Green Tea to the equation though.
