The market remains flat even with decreasing inventory but the market action is also falling so this brings slight negative aspects to the market. Rates have moved downward after the small uptick last week and are still at record lows. Absorbtion rates are poor, with a showing 20 months of inventory. I think some buyers are waiting on the mid-term elections before making a move.
