Some interesting stats for Vacant Land Sales :
The total number of 2010 vacant land sales have been lagging well below the number of sales in previous years.
In comparison, the lots least affected are the lots price between $25K- $50K as well as those over $100K.
It's interesting to note the Average Days on the Market (ADOM) in each cateory.
Overall, 2010 shows less ADOM than previous years.
So eventhough we have seen a marked decrease in the number of vacant parcels sold-
it appears that those vacant land properties that have sold are going under contract a little more quickly in 2010.

Some interesting facts about Residential Home Sales
Residential Sales are slightly off so far in 2010.
Home sales between $300K- $500K jumped higher in 2010 showing an increase over the past 2 years. It's good to see improvement in this price range, even though it is taking longer to get them sold
Not surprising to see the average days on the market (ADOM) drop for homes under $150K, there are some great deals out there!
Overall, the average days on the market for all residential sales has not fluctuated very much, but you can see the difference in the individual price ranges.

January 1 to September 15
It will be interesting to see what the rest of the year brings!
