Curiosity will save us!

Curiosity is the thing that will "save us".

Lots of events in life can make us momentarily sad or downhearted or even depressed...death, divorce, collapsed economy, job woes/dissatisfaction, you name it, it's out there, those reasons to look towards despair.

I call that the "cave mentality".    Easier to sit inside, not looking outward, just grooving tighter and tighter into that established circle of complaint.

Ah, but if we'd just stick our heads outside the window, smell the roses, catch the fresh breeze of potential, we would instantly "perk up".

Curiosity is what generates the creative spark that leads to new solutions.

The adrenalin starts to pump us up the minute we bump out of the established pattern, whatever it might be, and the bit of fear mixes with the bravado of attempt, and away we go...one thing leading to another, right?

It all starts with that curious questing spirit....hmmm,,,, wonder what's out there in that field?   Another horse?  Some fresh grass?   Whatever it is, it's better than being stuck in here!

You get the drift...cultivate that curious nature we all have.    If you've really forgotten, just follow a two year old around for a day!
