KISS...."Keep It Simple Stupid"  Because Marketing 101 is Overkill for Realtors

Kiss

A couple of years ago our very own George Tallabas wrote a Blog here in the Rain that rang a bell with a lot of us on how simple and easy it can be to generate business.

Today we met two new Realtors to our Office who just moved to Victoria.

MeetingThey were asking us for some ideas to build their real estate business.

I thought for a moment while others offered friendly suggestions, then I remembered George's Post about how a Seattle Realtor Sold 200 Homes a year with little marketing..... with only her Business Card.

Check George's Blog Post, it sure sends a thought provoking message about "Keeping It Simple Stupid" as Realtors.

Thanks George..... I often refer Realtors to read your post for a great easy and simple way to generate business.

I love all those little letters that are supposed to mean someting.  For instance "LOL" actually means laughing out loud.  I went months thinking it meant "little old lady."  Because of that, I was using it at the end of sentences, as my signature. . .LOL
