I sent this fun recipe out on postcards to my mailing list with all my contact information, picture, and hand written address. Of course the postcard was very colorful. I also put it on 110lb card stock. This is a great and inexpensive way to get your picture and contact information out to friends, family, past clients, and others; and to remind them of your business and that you need there help to stay in business! Always ask if they know of anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease! It's also a great way to give your contacts something of value that they will really enjoy if they take the time to make it; trust me this was the ONE things I consistently asked for when growing up!
A Delicious Recipe from You From One Friend to Another!
Mocha Mousse Pie-A Quick and Easy Recipe, That is Always a Hit at Any Gathering!
What you will need:
Crust:
6 T. butter
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
Filling:
24 Marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
8 squares (8oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
2 T. crème de cacao (or 4 T. strong coffee)
2 T. coffee liqueur
1 cup whipping cream
Instructions:
Crust:
Melt butter. Stir into wafer crumbs in 9-inch pie pan. Press evenly onto bottom and sides of pan.
Filling:
Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat. Cool. Melt chocolate over hot water. Add liqueurs (or coffee) to chocolate. Pour chocolate mixture into marshmallow mixture. Whip cream. Fold chocolate mixture into the cream. Pour into pie shell. Garnish with grated semi-sweet chocolate if desired. Freeze. Remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy and please your guests!
