We are very lucky in the Raleigh area to have a strong economic base a good mix of jobs. Jobs are what will help us be among the first to regain some of the equity loss we sustained in the economic down turn. Forbes used a Real Estate Research firm to monitor local markets and given the Raleigh NC are the thumbs up for being the #1 market to start recovering. We are very lucky here as our Real Estate Market did not have such huge growth appreciation as some market we were slow and steady at about 3-5% over during the peak of Real Estate market. Now that has put us in the unique position of being among the first to start the recovery. We here in the Raleigh area are very excited about this news and see it as a turning point for the rest of the country's Real Estate markets to start their turn around. Forbes magazine turned to real estate research firm Local Market Monitor to figure out which markets have the greatest likelihood of price appreciation because they offer a mix of jobs weighted toward growth industries.
