Welcome to our Covina Short Sales Report.
Based on numbers we gathered yesterday, 09/15/2010, there were a total of 97 Short Sales amongst the currently active Covina Residential Property Listings - 70 Covina Homes (38% of the total active Home listings) and 27 Covina Condos (64% of the total active Condo listings).
With regards to Covina Homes, the highest percentage of Short Sales can be found within the price range between $200,000 and $300,000 at 63% (33 properties).
With regards to Covina Condos, the highest percentage of Short Sales can be found within the price range between $0 to $200,000 at 79% (11 properties). The highest actual amount of Covina Condo Short Sales are between $200,000 and $300,000 with 14 properties (56%).
Of the 27 Covina Properties that have closed Escrow so far this month, only 4 were Short Sale Properties (3 Single Family Homes and 1 Condo).
