28 Comments on The Best Real Estate firm at Lake Sinclair.... what does that mean... really?
Good morning Tammy,
I'm sure this post will reel those clients in! Great post..you are concentrating on what consumers want..great service!
Tammy, I am not surprised at your attitude. Who is number one is very confusing, and you have certainly decided that customer service is the area you would want to be known as number one. Now somehow that just makes sense to me. Other claims are transient at best, hard to prove and look very self serving, to be honest. But taking care of clients, and doing it well, seems the best attitude to have!
Tammy I love your attitude. You have a great role model that any buyer or seller would be happy to experience. After all making the customer #1 is what it is all about. Kudo's to you and Lane Realty
Say it loud and say it proud sister-agent! If I caught your blog on google, I'd forget I was an agent and hire you in a heartbeat!
Hi Tony and Darcy- I dreamed about sharks last night... in my lake. I still want to see the movie though. LOL (everyone go and read the post) And it's what's important to me.
Dorie- I rely on folks telling their friends and neighbors we did a GREAT job.
Andrea- Numbers can be manipulated, service... not so much.
Martha- If I were buying or selling a house, I'd want my company
Mona- speaking of which, I have to hire a couple of agents... I had one give the heads up about her retirement plans yesterday.
Tammy ~ Sounds like you are absolutely the right people do do business with in Lake Sinclair and the surrounding areas ~
Kudos on the Closing Gift Win ~
Frank and Karen- thanks for that. I'm so excited about the photo frame. I've purchased a few of them as gifts and never got one for me. I'll be keeping that. :) And I do love my clients.
Hi Tammy, Great job on this post, I would vote for #1 in client satisfaction everytime! Congratualtions on being the featured member today,as well as on the Closing Gift Win, too.
Tammy,
I strive to be number on in customer service as well!

Hi Mary- Thanks. Today was so exhausting. I had a brokers open in a huge house. Must have rest now.
Ann- it's the only way to go in my opinion.
Tammy, congratulations on the member's spotlight in today's AR newsletter!
Thanks Rebecca.
Great post, Tammy. People like to work with people they like-the rest doesn't matter. (I posted an orchid today).
Toni I agree and on my way to visit your orchid.
Tammy ~ I agree they all play number games and its not about who is Top whatever. For me its all in the Service we give our clients. Good Post!
Uh yea - biggest baddest and supposedly bestestest here have their transactions sliced and diced into bits and pieces. I was writing a post in my head about this last night when I was falling asleep. These agents don't know if these homes are occupied or on a lockbox and most have not even stepped foot in the house to tell you what the condition is properly.
Pitiful actually.
You are #1 in all categories in my book, Tammy. If I were moving to central Georgia, I wouldn't bother with all the other ads that brag about stats. Having 'met' you through ActiveRain, I am SOLD on the quality of your service. You are the only agent I would work with or recommend to my clients moving to central GA.
PS I am looking for muddy post of your daughter . . .
June- I think we think a lot alike.
Renee- yes, that really irks me when an agent has SO many listings they can't be bothered to know the details. Locally we really only have one of those.
Mary- aren't you sweet? when will you be moving? and I was just too tired last night. I'll go crank up the desk top now and look for that photo.
Tammy, great focus you have with customer satisfaction being #1. People actually read real estate magazines anymore???
Gary- yeah they still do... I still have the "box" on the porch at my office and they still disappear every month. It's about 24 pages instead of 144 like it was a few years ago, but they still read it.
