Pretty! :)
So very cool! I also started my postcard program. I do Just Solds. I also started a 1000 per month postcard program on the community I live. After Barbara Todaro pointed them to me, it became a no brainer.
Thanks Bliz. Mailprint actually designed the card 2 years ago when I started.
Loreena I have not yet started a regular campaign, but working on it.
Charita, as I read your post & the headline, I understood that you to your "cue" and are buying this house for yourself:))
Endre "I wish." Hey, I'm just a listing agent, but I'd love to spend just one night in this house.
Charita: Very nice card -- well done. Best of luck!!!
Thanks Tish (on both counts).
Nice looking card! Are you getting lots of calls for showings on this one? It's such a great price....
Ann I've got one this evening as a matter of fact. If you have time and are in the area, please preview.
That looks like a McMansion ... for $265,000? WOW, our markets are sure different!
Cynthia I don't even think the contrast between night and day is sufficient enough to describe the differences in our markets. I'm wondering what the market value of this house would be in your market.
I'm not a fan of postcards . . . since they all look so boiler plate. But, this is a very appealing and asthetically lovely. Best of luck with this campaign!! (However, the "choose your own neighbor" might not be something I'd include for a variety of reasons.)
Carla Mailprint.com custom designed by business cards, postcards, logos when I first opened for business in January 2009. I wanted mine to be unique. I understand your concerns about the "choose your neighbor" thing that's why I chose the text that followed the heading. Don't we tell friends and neighbors when there is a nice home for sale in our community? Especially if we know that they are looking in our area.
Charita - The days of postcards, newsletters, letters in general have been out of my marketing for sometime but, I like this. Especially the Choose Your Own Neighbor comment. In an Open House I frequently say "thanks for stopping by, if you have any friends that may be interested in purchasing a home what better way to choose your neighbor"?
One other phrase I like is "Stop Paying your Landlords Rent".I am not sure how you personally would like this one being a property manager as well as a Realtor.
Ken I have not used postcards are frequently as Barbara Todaro, but I'm stepping up my game more and more especially since 2 years ago I went through the trouble of having them designed specifically for my business.
I get great tenant leads from my listings as well, so yeah, I think the "stop paying rent" thing is out:).
