I've found this to be an interesting topic. My personal experience has been that I have more clients from out of state than I do Michigan, but I do know a very successful Michigan REVA (yes, you, Kandra!).  I'd love to hear from agents from various states - I know many Florida, Colorado and California agents utilize us - how about you successful agents from other states? How do you handle the myriad of details that go along with being a successful agent?

Are company has them built into the system since we are a national agency.  We are a virtual company soon to be in canada, mexico and in europe and asia and astailia.
