As I see it. . . . . . . .

Stay young  

Nothing ages a person faster then the lost of enthusiasm.  

Our enthusiasm is the spark the lights the fire in our heart to do what has to be done even when what has to be done is said to be nearly impossible.   

When we undertake a difficult task with the enthusiasm there is nothing that can stand in our way from achieving our desired results.  

When a person loses their enthusiasm they lose the spark in their heart and if it goes out they will lose their direction and drift through their life.  

Keep the spark of your enthusiasm burning bright in your heart and you will stay young in your mind spirit.

Lou, I will always remember my grandmother for her optimism and youthful spirit who for her 80th birthday purchased a new bicycle to be used only on Sundays.  For weekdays, she kept riding the old bike.

Lou - sorry its been awhile again, what can I say, but here I am cathcing up :)    This is soooo true.  My dad was 83 and out playing golf the day he died.  That is how I want to be, still active and doing what I love, right up until the end.  Great quote!    ...geri
