Enabling a buyer who is looking at a listing online to understand and appreciate the flow and features of a property, that was the goal of a good virtual tour. Now it's time to step up and make this task even more user friendly. So from now on my listings will feature a video of the interior and the premises, leading the buyer through the property, explaining features while walking through the rooms. For that one needs a decent video camera, not an easy task to find the right one, took me three false starts, now I have one that allows attachments like a wide angle lens for those tiny powder rooms.  Sellers, request this service from your listing broker!
