Buying a Home - Celebrate Each of the Little Steps Forward!

Are you helping your clients realize just how precious this process of buying a home is?    How many countries allow home purchase?  How many in this country can afford home purchase?    How many dream of a beautiful home to raise their families and live in happily ever after?     Do you keep them celebrating each little step in the process?

How do you help your clients celebrate each step?      Do you bring them a bottle of champagne with each step forward?  That would be a little silly, but what about all of your genuine overflowing enthusiasm bubbling over the top in excitement for their added success in their home purchase?    I am so excited for each little successful step forward that I think my excitement becomes contagious, and we all find hugs and congratulatory pats flying .....    Even the agents on the "other side" end up getting caught up in my enthusiasm.   This never harms a deal, - it just helps a deal go smoothly and helps all of us keep our perspective - getting sellers out, and buyers in.

The enthusiasm still is bubbling, even after my buyers have moved into their home - a visit with some flowers or banana bread two weeks after move in always is a huge hit - we are still "high five"ing  and jumping up and down with the excitement of how great the place looks and how many boxes they have unpacked.

There is always something to be excited about, unless the home purchase falls through, but even then, I seem to find a way to spin the good out of the bad.

Do you exude enthusiasm and excitement with your clients who are buying a home each step of the way?

Dany, You are right, we should celebrate when a home is purchased. That purchase can be the key to so many changes and so many new jobs being created.

I love the way you ask questions and celebrate the wins you clients have.

Sometimes my clients look at me like I am crazy, but then at the same time, they are laughing and giggling with me. so I know it's good.
