Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES. Looking for someone who knows the needs of seniors? Even if you're a senior yourself, I'll bet you can learn something from an agent, Realtor, who has this designation. In Staten Island I found 54 Realtors with this designation. Yours truly one of them. Even being a senior myself, there are things I learned when I took the course 3 years ago.

Have you seen any real value by getting this designation? I want to obtain something new as a designation but frankly the "Green" has done nothing at all for me!!! I have thought about the SRES as the boomers are retiring right now but another yearly fee?? That is the question...

That is a great designation to have. When I sell homes in Jersey, there are many ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITIES, and to have that designation is great to have.
