A $190,000 better than brand new condition one year old foreclosure house was bought by Rob's buyer at $126,000 at 110 Acorn in Eudora.  Savings of about $64,000 over estimated value.  What a deal!!

A $315,000 appraised house that was listed by an extremely motivated seller at $285,000 was bought by one of Rob's buyers at 7844 W 153rd in Overland Park for $220,000.  Savings of about $95,000 over appraisal value.

These 5 houses alone brought savings to these 5 buyers of almost six hundred thousand dollars!!!
