Duck United Methodist ChurchI must say even here at the beginning of fall we have a large number of Sunday visitors at Duck Church on the Outer Banks. The members love these visitors.

 

No, we don't embarass our vistors by asking them to stand, but we do ask them to raise their hand. We are always amazed at the response.

 

Just think, these folks drive some distance to spend a few precious days on the beach. They've saved and rearranged schedules. They want to relax and excape from their hectic lives if just for a short time. Yet they come to church.

Our Sunday visitors at Duck Church on the Outer Banks make a silent statement of a deep abiding faith. No matter where they go, they give back to God what is already His. They give their time.
