David Hill interviewed my preferred attorney Scott Wrenn in the end of August and I thought I'd post for ya'll to enjoy!
Scott is awesome and I have been using him and his firm for the past 6 years.
They are awesome at purchases, refinances, short sales (dedicated staff for Short Sales...NOT someone working it part time when they get a chance) as well as representing some of the largest REO servicers and lenders in the country.
They have bent over sideways and back again for me and my clients (including a Christmas Eve, drive 50 miles to the client's home in the pounding snow closing..thanks Scott!!!) and are just great to work with.
