Loveland had 34 new listings this past week
Loveland had 34 new listings. Again, a nice combination of homes including new construction in High Plains Village, a couple of Bank Owned and a short sale. Remember, that we are used to seeing 40 new listings a week on an average, so there are still listings coming on the market, just not as many. It is a good time to buy a home or a rental, especially with rates as low as they are. Let me know if you want to explore investing in real estate.
