You have to be built for the job..not everyone is built for real estate. You are lucky to be in the field you were designed, born to be in. Sorry, Mama, I would not advise quitting today. Real estate is a broad field and rental management, commercial and nice types of property sales possible to adjust you with the day to day. Real estate is a sport, an affliction and jealous master that wants your undivided attention. Have listed, marketed, sold for over 30 years. Liking to work means lots of other endeavors could be satisfying too being raised on a farm.
