Having spent this past week in Austin at our Keller Williams Mega Agent Camp and attending our annual Luxury Homes retreat I have returned armed with great information on our national market as well as updates in marketing, technology and so much more. One clear trend nationwide that stands out is that for most of us, we have passed the bottom of the market. In fact, most of the country is now at 2003 pricing and is showing a clear upward trend (not much) in pricing and in volume. This means if you have been waiting to buy, waiting for bottom, we are there and already moving beyond.
