I just noticed that our web site - www.azrealestateservice.com - does not have residential land lots! You can find Chaparral Pines lots for sale on the MLS. We personally have a beautiful lot that we are selling - it is one of the last golf course lots with a view of the #2 fairway & green as well as the Mogollon Rim. It is an easy build. Unfortunately, I just looked it up in the MLS & for some reason it is not coming up. Al is contacting the agency that we listed it with to see what is going on. We listed it originally with Congress Realty because our agency does not broker in Payson. We intend to list it ourselves under Solutions Real Estate. Al attended high school in New Jersey, just outside of Asbury Park (the easiest landmark). He couldn't wait to see sunshine, so he chose Arizona to attend college. Northern Arizona University was noted for their criminal justice program. Dawn graduated from Kubasaki High School on Okinawa. She moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona. She finally received her degrees from Arizona State University in Tempe. Al traveled the world working for the federal government as a Naval Criminal Investigative Service agent. Dawn lived in the Phoenix area & worked as a teacher and counselor for over 30 years. One night at Ruffino's Italian Restaurant, they met, fell in love & have been together ever since. Now, both retired from service careers, they decided to put their life experiences to work in a different realm - they entered the real estate profession at the end of the market surge. It was a lonnnggg slide downward - some might call it an E- ride! But, through the entire downturn, they've enjoyed helping young couples find their first home, retirees find the ideal community, & young families choose the perfect neighborhoods.
